I visited Tacos el güero 10-10-2025 and received the worst possible customer service experience of my life. I called in and placed a pick up order and the hostess mis-heard my order and when I went to pick up my food she became very argumentative because she made a mistake and placed the wrong order to her kitchen staff. I explained to her that is not what I ordered and the hostess began to say I was wrong and I ordered wrong and she was very rude and kept trying to correct me. I have worked in customer service for years at many different jobs and basic customer service 101 is the customer is always right. The audacity of his hostess to try to tell me I didn’t order my food correctly when I know what I ordered was beyond me. I as the Customer maintained a positive demeanor while this hostess got heated and aggressive. Have you ever heard of a customer trying to calm down the person providing the service? I am still in shock at this ordeal. In my opinion, she needs to be fired and needs basic instruction and how to handle customer service issues. I tried to reassure her, it was okay and we all make mistakes But she continued to become defensive and was so rude. I hope the Management of this restaurant takes this very seriously and provides proper training on customer service issues and gives this worker the disciplinary action that is suitable for this behavior.

Ok so this is such a quiet gem. Very clean, fast service, our waitress was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu, the margaritas were strong😉. Sorry I didn't give you a pic before I started devouring everything that's how good it smelled when it came to my table and I was hungry.
